We want your order to bring a smile to your face. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received We understand that accidents happen, so please make sure to submit any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 7 days of receiving your product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If your package goes missing during transit, please make sure to reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email us at queries@go2guydps.com with the issue and images. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for shipping. As soon as we receive your email with all the details required, our team will promptly assess the situation. Once resolved, your concerns will be addressed and a full refund will be processed for you within 14 days.
